Brand Compliance Feedback Loop

When you submit a brand, TCR will review it for regulatory requirements. If changes are needed:

  1. Get Brand History: Use the GET List Brand History endpoint to retrieve TCR compliance feedback
  2. Update Brand: Use the PUT Update an existing Brand Registration endpoint to make the requested changes
  3. Submit Changes Event: Use the POST Send a new event to a Brand endpoint to send a SubmitChanges event
  4. Resubmit to TCR: Use the POST Submit a Brand Registration endpoint to submit your changes for TCR review
  5. Repeat if Necessary: The review-update cycle may repeat until all compliance requirements are met

Campaign Compliance Feedback Loop

When you submit a campaign, our compliance team will review it for regulatory requirements. If changes are needed:

  1. Get Campaign History: Use the GET List Campaign History endpoint to retrieve compliance feedback and action items
  2. Update Campaign: Use the PUT Update an existing Campaign Registration endpoint to make the requested changes
  3. Submit Updates: Use the POST Send a new event to a Campaign endpoint with the SubmitChanges event type to indicate your changes are ready for review
  4. Repeat if Necessary: The review-update cycle may repeat until all compliance requirements are met
